Eligibility before access
Booster accounts must meet the current eligibility and approval requirements for their market and services before receiving eligible requests.
Service-specific certification
Training, testing, attestations, equipment and renewal requirements determine which services a Booster can perform.
App-guided service
The app connects service status, safety steps, communication, support and completion to the request record.
A path for support and incidents
Drivers and Boosters can report service, safety and conduct concerns for review. Urgent danger still belongs with emergency services.
AI supports the workflow; it does not replace safety judgment.
AI guidance is limited by BoostMe procedures and service rules. Stop when the app, conditions or your own judgment indicate that the work should not continue.
