Before requesting help
- Move to a safe legal location if you can do so without risk.
- Stay clear of traffic and do not stand between vehicles.
- Do not continue if there is smoke, fire, fuel smell, leaking fluid, collision damage, battery swelling, unsafe sparking or any condition that feels unsafe.
Service limits
BoostMyCar is for battery boost and safe no-start support. It does not guarantee that the vehicle will start and does not include towing or mechanical repair.
AI boundary
AI assistance is limited by BoostMe procedures and service rules. It does not replace emergency response, professional advice, local law, safety procedures or human judgment.
